What is a Trust Card?

A Trust Card is a card in Apple Wallet that proves two things to someone you're about to meet: you're a real person (your government ID matched a live selfie), and your dating photos are really you. You send your match a link, and they check your card in one tap on allgreendates.com, with no app needed.

How much does it cost?

ID and selfie verification is free at launch.

What do I need?

An iPhone, a valid driver's license, ID card or passport, and 2 to 4 photos you use on your dating profiles. It takes a few minutes.

Can I look someone else up?

No. You only ever verify yourself, and AllGreen has no search. Someone can only see your card if you send them your link or show them your Wallet QR code.

What does my match see?

Your first name, an age range, the date your ID was verified, and your matched photos with the year each was taken. Not your ID, exact age or selfie. In the app, tap See what your match sees to preview it.

What do you keep about me?

Your first name, your age, that your ID was valid, and the dating photos that matched you. Your ID images and selfie are deleted right after your card is made. See the Privacy policy for the details.

Why didn't one of my photos match?

The face may be small, turned, covered (sunglasses, a hat, a filter) or the photo may be low quality. Try a clear photo where your face is easy to see. A photo that doesn't match won't go on your card.

Why does my card show the year a photo was taken?

So your match can see how recent your photos are. Recent photos work best.

How do I change my photos?

On Home, tap Update photos or ID. We check your ID again first (free, about a minute), because your previous ID check and selfie were deleted. Then you can choose new photos.

I got a new ID. What do I do?

Open Settings and use Your ID to check your new ID. Your card updates with the new details.

How do I stop people checking my card?

On Home, turn on Pause my card. Anyone who opens your link sees that it's paused. Turn it off to make it active again.

Does a Trust Card mean someone is a good match?

No. It shows that the person is real and their photos are them. It isn't a background check and can't tell you everything about a person, so keep using your own judgment. The Background Checked card is coming soon.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings and tap Delete my account and card. Your card stops working right away and we delete what we hold about you.
