AllGreen gives you a Trust Card in Apple Wallet. A Trust Card is a card that proves two things to someone you're about to meet: you're a real person (your government ID matched a live selfie), and your dating photos are really you. This page explains what we collect to make that card, why, and how long we keep it.

The short version

What we collect and why

Your account. You sign in with Apple. We get an account ID from Apple and, if you choose to share it, an email address (often an Apple relay address). We use it to keep your card linked to you.

Your ID check. To prove you're a real person, you scan a government ID and take a live selfie. This is done by our identity check provider, Didit. From the check we keep only your first name, your age, and the result (that your ID was valid and matched your selfie). As soon as your card is made, we ask Didit to delete the check, including the ID images and selfie. If you check your ID again later (for example to change photos), that new check is deleted the same way.

Your dating photos. You choose 2 to 4 photos you use on dating profiles. The app finds the faces in each photo on your phone and sends only the face crops to be compared with your selfie. A photo is stored on our server only if it matches you, so it can be shown on your card's check page. Photos that don't match are never stored. The year a photo was taken, if your phone knows it, is shown next to it.

The face on your Wallet pass. If a face from your photos matches your selfie, it can appear on your Apple Wallet pass. We keep a fingerprint (a one-way code) of that picture so we can confirm later that it's the same face. The picture itself stays on your phone.

Your card. We keep your card's short code (used in your link and Wallet QR code), whether you've paused it, which matched photos are on it, and how many times it has been checked.

Background Checked card. If you ask to be told when the Background Checked card is ready, we remember that you asked.

What people who check your card see

Anyone you send your link to (or who scans your Wallet QR code) can open your card on allgreendates.com. While your card is active they see your first name, an age range (for example 45–49), the date your ID was verified, your matched photos with the year each was taken, and when your photos were matched. They don't see your ID, your full age, your selfie or anything else. If you pause your card, they only see that it's paused.

We don't collect anything about the people who open your card, apart from counting the check so you can see the number in the app.

Who processes your data for us

These providers process data only to run AllGreen for us.

How long we keep it

ID images and selfies: deleted right after your card is made. Everything else (account, first name, age, card, matched photos): until you delete your account. Matched photos you replace are deleted when you save new ones.

Deleting your data

In the app, open Settings and tap Delete my account and card. This deletes your account, card, matched photos, ID check record and Background Checked request from our server, and your card link stops working. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.

Age

AllGreen is for adults 18 and over. The ID check confirms your age.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, export or delete your data, or to object to how it's used. Email us and we'll help.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app.
