Terms of use
These terms cover the AllGreen app and the allgreendates.com website. By using AllGreen you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use AllGreen.
What AllGreen is
AllGreen gives you a Trust Card in Apple Wallet. A Trust Card is a card that proves two things to someone you're about to meet: you're a real person (your government ID matched a live selfie), and your dating photos are really you. Anyone you send your card's link to can check it on allgreendates.com.
What a Trust Card does not do
A Trust Card shows that an ID check and a photo match passed at the time they were done. It doesn't tell you everything about a person: it isn't a background check, and it says nothing about someone's behavior, history or intentions. A clean card means nothing was found, not that nothing is there. Always use your own judgment when meeting someone, meet in public, and tell a friend where you'll be.
Who can use AllGreen
- You must be 18 or older.
- You may only verify yourself, with your own valid government ID and your own face.
- You may only add photos of yourself.
Your responsibilities
- Don't use someone else's ID or photos, or try to trick the ID check or photo match.
- Don't use AllGreen to look up, track, harass or harm anyone. AllGreen has no search, and you may not try to work around that.
- Don't change, copy or misrepresent a Trust Card, or present it as something it isn't.
- Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the app, the website or our server.
We may pause or remove a card, or close an account, if we believe these rules have been broken.
Price
ID and selfie verification is free at launch. If we add paid features later, such as the Background Checked card, we'll show the price clearly before you pay, and payment will go through Apple.
Your card and your data
You choose who to send your link to. You can pause your card or delete your account at any time in the app. Our Privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.
Test versions
Versions shared through Apple TestFlight are for testing. They may have bugs or change without notice, and test data may be deleted.
No warranty
AllGreen is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, error-free, or that every check is correct. ID checks and photo matches are done by automated systems that can make mistakes.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, AllGreen is not responsible for what happens between people who meet, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for anything related to AllGreen is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Apple
These terms are between you and AllGreen, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you in the app if a change is significant. Using AllGreen after a change means you accept the new terms.
